Rate limiting

The limit is 60 requests per second per API key.

Go over it and the API responds with a 429 status code. Once you cross the limit, expect to be shut out for about 30 seconds — retrying hard during that window won't get you through any sooner, so back off and space your requests out over several seconds instead.
